SHIPPING TIMES:

Every print is made to order! Please allow up to 5 business days to make your print with love and care.

HOW WE PACKAGE:

8"x10" and 11"x14" prints will be protected with a clear plastic sleeve, lined with a layer of packing foam, and secured in a sturdy cardboard envelope for delivery. 

Larger Prints will be secured in a heavy duty postal tube for delivery.

Shipped from Chicago in the United States 🇺🇸 

Domestic shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days

International shipping: Please allow 10-25 business days for travel time depending on your location.

TIPS FROM THE STUDIO:

✓ Open gently on a clean, dry surface.
✓ Frame behind glass for longevity.
✓ Display artwork indoors, in a moderate temperature.
✓ Use a dry cloth to lightly dust and clean the print as needed.

🚛 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want you to love your artwork, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I want to make things right. 

Please use the contact page to initiate your return and allow 1-2 business days for a response. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days and in the same condition recieved. Original artwork is not eligible for return. 

 

🛒 WILL THIS SHIP WITH THE REST OF MY ORDER?

If your order contains multiple prints, they will all ship together! If your order contatins a combination of prints and original artwork, the original paintings will ship separately.

🖼️ WHAT FRAME SHOULD I ORDER?

Many frames come with a mat board for your print. If you are looking to purchase a frame with a mat board, be sure you purchase the 'matted to' size. For example, if you have a print that is "8x10", then a size 11"x14" frame matted to 8"x10" would fit your print!
